Refund policy

If for some reason you are not in love with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping. Please take care to re-package the item carefully to ensure it's not damaged during the return shipment. Refunds will not be issued if we receive broken items. Once we receive the returned items and they are found to be in good condition we will issue a refund for the items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you're at all worried that the items may not make it back to us without damage due to postal handling, we advise you to take pictures of all the items before shipping and purchase insurance on your package we are not responsible for damaged packages. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please note that A new love Creations is not responsible for damaged items after 14 days so it's a good idea to check your order once you receive it. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To process a replacement, we require that you send us a picture of the damaged items along with an explanation of how the damage occurred.

 

14-day replacement window                                                                                         If an item is missing from your order, we kindly request that you provide us with a picture of all the items you received as well as a picture of your packing slip. This will assist us in verifying the contents of your order and determining if the item is indeed missing, or if it may have been packed but overlooked in the packing materials. If you believe that an item is missing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide us with the required pictures for verification. We will diligently investigate the issue and strive to resolve it in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
